Electraflo works closely with Thermaflo and have designed,  installed, automated and commissioned various process plants around New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the Pacific Basin over the last 23 years.  Based on this success, Electraflo is now offering a professional service based on our extensive background in Industrial  electrical and automation  work to all industry in the Manawatu, Wanganui, Horowhenua, Wellington, Wairarapa and Hawke Bay regions.

The service we offer our clients is the complete  design, built of your DB's and MCC's, site installation including all trunking, interconnecting cabling and the correct wiring of the VSD's,  motors,   instruments etc plus the commissioning of these projects.

We also offer a break down service and ongoing support for our installations.

As part of our complete service we offer full documentation of the process i.e. wiring diagrams, VSD set ups, PLC code, commissioning parameters etc

Remote Access / monitoring 

We offer our customers an on-line service via a broad band connection to your onsite PLC. This option allows us to check the function of your equipment and fault-find if there is a problem, all without visiting the site. This helps us fix problems fast, alleviate the need to visit your site and over all keep costs down for our customers.

We are also building a remote monitoring system whereby pending issues that maybe building within your plant are identified early via a data analysis software package. We then alert you that you may have pending issues thus voiding a breakdown.

Our recent projects have included the electrical upgrade at New Zealand Pharmaceuticals, Linton, several plant upgrades at Goodman Fielder, Longburn, and the integration of a new plant for both Green Valley Dairy in the Waikato and Tru Blu Beverages in NSW Australia to name a few.
