Electraflo offer a breakdown service and so the Electraflo team are always around to help if for some reason there is a fault with your plant. Depending on what is wrong also we offer a remote access service on plants that we have remote access to via a broadband connection. We are able to login to your system, find a fault and get everything running the way it should without the need to visit your site. This allows Thermaflo to keep the support costs down for our customers while also getting alleviating any unnecessary down time.
